A native of Raleigh now based in Wake Forest, owner Amy Holderby has watched her hometown and state grow in amazing ways. After nearly 10 years in the granite business, Amy recognized a desire to be more involved in her clients’ building projects. With an experience-gained knowledge base, she started Living Stone Building Company and secured a North Carolina Contractor’s license.

Amy’s passion for building beautiful, functional homes and her customer-first mentality has helped to transform the building process into a positive experience for homeowners across North Carolina.
